2 cups        firmly packed basil leaves
5 cloves      garlic (peeled)
1/2 cup       pine nuts (toasted)
2/3 cup       extra virgin olive oil
2/3 cup       grated (fresh) parmesan
3 Tbsp.       water
salt & pepper to taste

place oil, pine nuts, garlic in food proccessor and blend
add parmesan and blend
add basil, water  and blend
salt and pepper to taste
